I was fortunate enough to work around DaWayne while at Anchor D for awhile. He was always available to give his two cents of wisdom or any advice I asked. A fun character and good guy. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I have known Shorty all my life and have so many good memories of growing up as neighbors and riding bus with all the family. I am so sad and heartbroken for all of you. Had the Great pleasure of catching up with him from time to time when working with Joyce @ OPSU.

I start my Sunday morning on a really sad note with the news that Shorty has passed away. We had a good phone conversation not long ago, would've never thought it would be our last. But this isn't about my feelings because you're the ones who need condolences, and you most certainly have that from me. I pray that God lays healing hands upon you all. I taught you guys, coached a few of you, remember that with gratitude. Past that, words fail me, but I'm thinking of you.

Shorty was my go to person when I had questions about the farm and was always happy to help me. He will be so missed.
