Warren Wilson Obituary

Warren Craig Wilson was born on May 27, 1963, in Plainview, Texas, to Wilbur Troy and Twila
Mae. From the moment he was born the world was a little louder, a whole lot funnier, and filled
with a ton more grit. To know Warren was to love him. Even if you didn’t know him you loved
him because you had heard stories about him. And there was one common denominator in all of
the stories that included Warren. He was infamous. Infamous in the way everyone wanted to be.

He was a son, a brother, a husband, a father, a Papa, an uncle, and a friend. You’ve never met
anyone more loyal, more hardworking, or more entertaining. It was discovered in 2016 that he
actually had a heart after the birth of his first grandchild. From that moment on, you could find
him playing barbies, building legos, watching Kambree ride, and swinging Kason way too high
on the swings. His other loves were farming and hanging with his host of shop buddies.

Warren is preceded in death by his grandmother Annie C. Craig; and mother and father Wilbur
and Twila Wilson.

Warren is survived by his wife of 38 years, Jane Wilson of the home; daughter Krista Hite and
husband D.J. Hite of Collinsville, OK; son Colton Wilson and his wife Sarah Wilson of Arlington,
OR; grandchildren Kambree and Kason Hite; sisters Cindy Voss, of Stillwater, OK, and Valerie
Bell and her husband Tommy Bell of Oklahoma City, OK; mother-in-law Willadean Dickerson,
sister-in-law Jana Middleton, and brother-in-law Jerry Middleton; five nieces and nephews; and
eight great nieces and nephews.
