Sandra was born in Perryton, Texas April 4, 1944 to Warren and Mary Trent of Hardesty, Oklahoma, and passed away on November 15, 2022. She is survived by one daughter, Cheryl TeBeest- Powell and Brad Powell of Dumas, Texas, and two grandsons, Zach Powell and Kylie Pickens of Dallas, Texas and Blake and Sarah Powell of Canyon, Texas, two brothers Warren (Buddy) and Kathy Trent of Dumas, Texas and Danny and Cindy Trent of Yukon, Oklahoma and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Mary Trent of Hardesty, Oklahoma and Gruver, Texas and spouse Gerald TeBeest.
She attended Hardesty schools where she was involved in many school activities. She lived on a farm near Hardesty, Oklahoma with her parents and two brothers, Buddy and Danny Trent. She was an active member of the Bethel Baptist Church, a country church outside of Hardesty. She attended Panhandle State University in Goodwell, Ok., where she met her future husband. After her marriage to Gerald TeBeest she joined the Oslo Lutheran Church where her husband was a member. After moving to Gruver, TX, they joined the Methodist Church, and were active members for many years.
She enjoyed cooking, her grandchildren, sending cards (birthday, sympathy, health, etc.), crocheting, sewing, and watching TV. For several years she worked in the Gruver school cafeteria.
Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m till 10:00 a.m Saturday,November 19, 2022 at United Methodist Church of Gruver.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 19, 2022 at United Methodist Church In Gruver with interment to follow in the Gruver Cemetery.
