Patricia (Baker) Conner

July 19, 1932 - February 16, 2021
Patricia Louise (Baker) Conner, 88, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2021 peacefully in her Keyes Oklahoma home with family by her side. She was born in Boise City, Oklahoma.

She was a longtime resident of Cimarron County Oklahoma but resided in several locations as a child and young adult including Wyoming, California, Arkansas, and down state Oklahoma. She will be remembered for her love of Lord Jesus Christ, family (especially the babies), friends, United Methodist Church, Delphinium Garden Club, dogs & horses and community activities. She worked with her mother, Bonnie Hoxie, in the “Accounting House” in Keyes for many years.

She is survived by four children Daureen and Nat Brawley of Keyes; Kevin and Stacey Conner of Keyes; Kendall and Rhonda Conner of Prosper Tx; Kirk and Cindy Conner of Keyes; two adopted children Nathan Conner of Owasso Ok; Kyle and Mary Conner of Alva Ok; grandchildren; great- grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; half-brothers; and half-sisters.

She is preceded in death by mother Bonnie Avis Showalter Hoxie; father Robert G. Baker; husband Kenneth Ray Conner; stepfather Jack Hartford Hoxie; stepbrother Jack R. Hoxie Jr; grandson Brandon Kirk Brawley; half-sister Bari Baker; and half-brother Leighton Baker.

Memorial services will be held in the Keyes United Methodist Church on March 8, 2021 at 2:00pm.

Interment will be in Willowbar Cemetery adjacent to her husband Kenneth at a later date.

Due to current public health concerns, the family respectfully requests that only family and closest friends attend and that gatherings before and after the service be limited. Persons attending are requested to use appropriate face coverings and practice social distancing.
