Filomena Kay Chiusano was born Sept 20, 1926, in Freehold, NJ to Lucy and Joseph Chiusano. She was one of 9 children. Her father Joseph passed away when she was 4 years old. Her brother Tom helped raise the brothers and sisters. She had a stepfather, John Meglio.
She was traveling through the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles and went to a dance where she met, Kenneth Theodore Hill. They married in Hansford County TX, they had one son, Kenneth Wayne Hill. Kenneth T. Hill passed away on March 2, 1964.
She married Floyd W. Ritter in 1964 in Liberal Kansas. On June 22, 2000, Floyd passed away.
She married Colonel Norman C. Wilmeth on July 9th, 2004, in Hansford, TX. He passed away on July 7, 2014.
She grew up with her family in New Jersey until she moved to Guymon and married Mr. Hill. She lived in Guymon, selling Electrolux vacuums door to door for several years. She was always full of stories and loved to have conversations with everyone. She was a member of the Victory United Methodist Church. She loved to dance, she attended several dances throughout the years, including at the Senior Citizen Center. In March of 2019 she moved to assisted living in Oklahoma City, were she lived until her passing. She fiercely loved her family and friends.
She is survived by her sisters, Mary Lowery and Rose Sammons of New Jersey. Her granddaughter Tanya (Hill) Esters and husband Mickey of Oklahoma City. Her grand daughter in law Tara Hill, great grandsons Jaden Hill of Texhoma Oklahoma and Sebastian Esters of Oklahoma City. As well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucy and Joseph, her stepfather, John Meglio, brothers Thomas Chiusano, Dominico Chiusano, and Michael Chiusano. Sisters Adaline Anastasio, Carmella Troia, and Angelina Maddi. Her husband’s Kenneth Hill, Floyd Ritter, and Col. Norman Wilmeth. Her son Kenneth Wayne Hill and her grandson Diren Hill.
Visitation will be held on Friday June 25 , 2021 at Henson~Novak Funeral Directors in Guymon from 6:00 P.M to 8:00 P.M.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday June 26, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at Victory Memorial United Methodist Church with Pastor David Player presiding.
