Kalynn Scott

Kalynn Scott, 62-year-old Guymon, Oklahoma resident passed away Monday, December 27, 2021, at Memorial Hospital of Texas, County.

Karen Kalynn Riley was born August 11, 1959, in Elkhart, Kansas to William and Charlotte (Walker) Riley. Kalynn attended the Guymon school system graduating with the class of 1977.

She worked for Wal-Mart as a department manager.

She had many hobbies, but spending time with family was what gave her the most joy.

Kalynn was preceded in death by her parents, one nephew SSG. Ryan Riley, two nieces: Megan Parsons and Shannon Parsons.

Survivors include three daughters: Jacquelyn Cline and husband Cody of Cedar Park, Texas, Sara Summitt and husband Nick of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Mariah Spirlock of Guymon, two sons: Cody Scott and wife Britney of Guymon, Oklahoma and Dustin Scott and wife Angela of Pflugerville, Texas, two sisters Debbie Riley of Mission, Kansas and Angela Grazier of Elkhart, Kansas three brothers: Brent Riley and wife Judy of Littleton, Colorado, Brad Gribble and wife Melody of Tucson, Arizona and Terry Riley of Elkhart, Kansas. Survivors also include ten grandchildren: Hunter Scott, Isaac Scott, Connor Scott, Austen Scott, Jaxon Scott, Addison Scott, Liam Scott, Isabella Slavin-Cline and Sophia Cline and Baby Summitt

Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 31, 2021, at Henson-Novak Funeral Directors. Family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Saturday January 1, 2022, at Guymon Church of the Nazarene. Interment will follow at Elmhurst Cemetery.
