Johnathan Aguilar Obituary

Jonathan Aguilar, 29-year-old Boise City, Oklahoma resident passed away in an automobile accident Sunday, June 12, 2022, outside of Boise City. 

Jonathan Manuel Aguilar was born April 30 th 1993 and entered into eternal rest June 12 th 2022. Jonathan was born and raised in Boise City, Oklahoma and attended Boise City Public School.

He graduated in 2012 from Boise City High School; he enjoyed playing football, welding, and being with friends and family. He loved to help the ranchers in Cimarron County with whatever they needed, which included building fence, working cattle, branding cattle, and harvest.

His pride and joy were his niece and nephew. He enjoyed watching a movie with them or going outside to play. His other pride and joy was his truck that he worked hard for. Holidays and birthdays were his favorite. He loved cooking out and spending time with his family, he was a great cook.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Manuel and Mary Aguilar of Boise City, his sister; Ariel of Boise City, his cousin; Jesse Moran, Chauncey Aguilar, and Monica Gonzalez, all of Boise City, Aunts; Angie Gonzalez of Boise City and Cecilia Aguilar of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Uncle; Raul B. Aguilar of Boise City.

He is survived by his father; Manuel Aguilar III of Boise City, his mother; Valerie S. Franklin of Oklahoma City, his sister; Alexis Ortiz and husband Ivan Ortiz, and his sister; Nikia Cobb and boyfriend Juan Castellenos of Boise City, his niece; Aria Ortiz of Boise City, nephew; Izan Ortiz, his aunts; Margaret Gonzalez of Boise City, Maria and husband Celestino Puebla of Gruver Texas, Cinthia Barco of Boise City, Teresa Puebla of Boise City, Diana Baldonado of Boise City, Uncles; Mike Aguilar of Boise City, Jody Baldonado of Boise City, and Johnny B. Aguilar of Albuquerque, New Mexico and a hosts of cousins, family, and friends.

Jonathan will truly be missed by many and remembered for his kind heart, his smile, and his sense of humor and giving heart.

Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at the Boise City High School Auditorium. 

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2022, at The Boise City High School Auditorium.

 Friends can sign the guest book or leave a condolence.
