Jack Wiggins

Jack Wiggins, 97-year-old Cimarron County resident passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Cimarron Memorial Hospital in Boise City, Oklahoma.

Jack was born on November 1, 1925, at the family home west of Kenton, Oklahoma to parents Margaret (Easley) and George H. Wiggins. He attended and graduated from Clayton High School in 1942. From 1942 to 1946 he served in the US Navy. On June 1, 1949, Jack and Betty Jo (Francis) were united in marriage. Daughters Nan, Nina, and son Matt were born to this union. Throughout their lifetime they owned and lived on their Wiggins Family Ranch north of highest point in Oklahoma, The Black Mesa. 

Jack is survived by three children, three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents and four siblings. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to charities of individual's choice. 

A family and community graveside funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Central Time at the Kenton, Oklahoma cemetery on Wednesday October 25, 2023.
