George Parker

George Chester Parker, 71 year-old lifelong Boise City, Oklahoma resident passed away Saturday, December 19th, 2020 at his residence.

George was born on June 18th, 1949 to Jack and Sally Parker in Boise City, Oklahoma. He attended school in Boise City and graduated with the class of 1967 and went on to join the U.S. Army to serve his country in Vietnam and Germany. He then returned home and worked at some different jobs, ending his working career as Foreman of Boise City Public Works.
George married Janice Krill on August 15th, 1973 and they were blessed with one son Billy Parker.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Sally Parker and by his wife, Janice Parker.

George is survived by his son, Billy Parker and girlfriend Stephanie Jimenez of Amarillo, Texas; his two sisters, Kathy Fakasiieiki and husband Sione of Grand Prairie, Texas and Susie Tooley and husband Chub of Boise City, Oklahoma; and by his two brothers, Stan Parker and wife Becky of Elkhart, Kansas and Steve Parker and wife Kathy of Boise City, Oklahoma. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Kayla DeBose and Gavin Jimenez and two great-grandchildren, Zaedyn and Daxtyn Goldsmith. George is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Due to weather conditions, Memoria service will be held at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Boise City at 2:00pm.
