Floyd Taylor

Floyd Robert “Shaggy” Taylor was born January 14, 1964 to Floyd and Marilyn Taylor in Lamar, CO.  Robert had 2 daughters, Ashley and Shayla.  He spent the majority of his adult life as an over the road truck driver before he settled in Boise City, OK.  

Robert passed away at his residence on June 9, 2023.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents Randy and Edna Taylor and Frank and Esther Neuhold, his mother, Marilyn Twombly, his father, Floyd Taylor, and his nephew, Vern Twombly.  

Robert is survived by his daughter Ashley Topper and husband Dusty and their children of Boise City, OK, his daughter Shayla Taylor and her son of Joplin, MO, his sister Cindy Wilber and husband Louie of Julesburg, CO, his brother Larry Taylor of Boise City, OK, his brother Brad Taylor and wife Tammy of Henderson, TX, and his brother Cole Twombly and wife Cora of Griggs, OK.

 He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, Danell Smith of Pueblo, CO, Laura Beeson of Julesburg, CO, Caleb Beeson of Springfield, SD, Kelsey Salimi of Kingfisher, IN, Katie Wilber of Jacksonville, FL, Taylor Wilber of Chicago, IL, Bryce Bolton of Boise City, OK, Brooke Taylor of Fritch, TX, Larramee Taylor of Boise City, OK, Nick Hanning of Bailey, CO, Andy Hanning of Carrollton, TX, Logan Nossinger of Olathe, KS, Frank Twombly of Griggs, OK, Cuinton White of Boise City, OK, and Cenzie White of Griggs, OK.  Robert is also survived by four grandsons, Javen, Jacoby, Jeremy, and Draydon.
