Letitia Parsons

Letitia (Tish) Lee Parsons was born December 25, 1968, in Guymon, OK, to Fred Benson Brown and Marcita Ann (Wood) Brown. She passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at her home. Letitia was a lifelong resident of the Guymon community.

Tish worked in management for Walmart for 12 years, where she met Mary Bankston and Jacque Goodnight, with whom she quickly became good friends. She was known for having a cheerful heart, blessing her co-workers with her burritos and always saying "okie dokie" with a positive attitude at work.

Tish had a massive love for her family. She enjoyed a simple life well spent with those near and dear to her heart, from traveling with her girls and grandkids to going to the lake, tubing, boating, to being in her peaceful, quiet home with her three fur babies, Twixie, Jack, and Minnie.

Tish is survived by her two daughters: Chastity Parsons of Hugoton, KS, and Keshia Leeper and husband Seth of Burns Flat, OK. Her grandchildren, Brayden Leeper and Treyson Leeper. One sister, Michelle Wohlgemuth and her husband, Bill, of Guymon, OK. Two Nieces, Neatasha Baranowski and husband Rob from Fort Morgan, CO, and Starlene Brown from Illinois. Two Nephews, Beau Wohlgemuth and wife Marlena of Harrisonburg, VA, and Charlie Brown of Illinois.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at the Henson-Novak Funeral Home Chapel in Guymon, Oklahoma.

Cremation services are entrusted to Henson-Novak Cremation Center.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to be made to Henson Novak Funeral Directors for funeral expenses. All contributions will be accepted by the funeral home C/O Henson-Novak Funeral Directors, P.O.Box 1306, Guymon, Oklahoma 73942.
