Gruver, Texas – Vana Mans, 57, passed away Wednesday afternoon, August 23, 2017 at Hansford County Hospital, Spearman, Texas.

Vana Lee Bradford was born April 5, 1960 in Dumas, Texas to Gena Lee (Harmon) and Van E. Bradford.  Vana attended Gruver schools and graduated from Gruver High School with the Class of 1978.  She attended West Texas University, Canyon, Texas and TSTI in Amarillo, receiving a Business Degree.  Vana worked for First State Bank in Spearman for 17 years and for Farmer’s Ag Supply for the past 9 years.  She was united in marriage to Tony Man on October 27, 2007.  Vana was a devoted and loving mom, wife, daughter, and sister, and was a lifelong member of Gruver First Baptist Church.  She enjoyed crafting and was an adoring Nanna to her four perfect grandchildren. 

She is survived by her husband, Tony Mans; father, Van Bradford, both of Gruver; two daughters, Chelsea Andersen of Spearman; Halli and husband, Reagan Karlin of Gruver; son, Chase Reid of Beaver, OK; her brother, Jody Bradford, and wife, Eadie of Panhandle, TX; four grandchildren, Cinch, Trace and Aspen Reid; and Kane Karlin; and nephews and nieces, Jade and wife, Jordan Bradford, Jacy and husband Travis Hammer, and Jett Bradford. 

Vana was preceded in death by her mother, Lee Bradford, on October 3, 2016.

Memorial services honoring Vana will be Saturday morning, August 26th, 11:00 AM at Gruver First Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Curry, pastor, officiating.  Graveside services will take place earlier Saturday morning at Hansford Cemetery.  Arrangements are entrusted to Henson-Novak Funeral Directors, Guymon, Oklahoma.
