Terry Latham

Terry Ronald Latham, 67, of Felt, Oklahoma, passed away February 24, 2019 in Elkhart, Kansas.

Terry was born July 5, 1951 to Ann (Lunsford) and Ted Latham in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.  He grew up on the Latham Ranch in Lake Valley, New Mexico.  Terry attended school at Truth or Consequences and Deming, NM.  Terry made his living with semi-trucks, horses and hard work and enjoyed playing the guitar and singing country music and also working with leather. 

Terry and Claudia Jones were united in marriage on July 3, 2001 at Capitan, NM.  His family meant everything to him and he loved and was very proud of his nieces and nephews.

Terry is survived by his wife, Claudia Latham of Felt, Oklahoma; daughter, Tara Sullivan and husband, Patrick of Centerville, Mississippi and three grandchildren, Lane and Brooke Carpenter and Elise Sullivan.   He is also survived by his sister, Margi Murdock and husband, Chuck of Boise City, OK; brother, Freddy Latham of Yerington, Nevada, plus nieces and nephews and their families, Rusty Murdock, Tracy Yoder, Will Murdock, Freddy Latham, Matt Latham and Tiffany Latham, Shayne Latham, Kyle Latham, and Sky Latham, seventeen great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great niece, and many great friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Justin Latham, and a brother, Wayne Latham.

Memorial services will be Saturday afternoon, March 2nd, 1:30 PM at the First Baptist Church, Felt, Oklahoma, with Rev. Orden Hartley officiating.  Cremation and arrangements are entrusted to Henson-Novak Funeral Directors of Boise City, Oklahoma.
