Boise City, Oklahoma – Richard Ray Neatherlin, 30, passed away Friday, November 24, 2017.

The son of Rose Ann (MacDougall) and Franklin Ray Neatherlin, III, Richard Ray was born February 13, 1987 in Boise City.  He attended Boise City schools and had recently been running his own business, the Neatherlin Pilot Car Service.  Richard could fix anything, from a sewing machine, light fixture, computer problems, to a diesel truck engine; he was a gifted mechanic.  He was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Boise City. 

Richard was loved and will be missed by his family.  Surviving are his parents, Frank and Rose Neatherlin of Boise City; wife, Raven Neatherlin; sister, Crystal and Ramone Reyes and their children, Emma and Adrian Reyes, Boise City; and his brother, Justin and Kara Neatherlin of Mustang, Oklahoma.  Richard is also survived by aunts and uncles, Nancy Hallberg, Dennis MacDougall, Jimmy MacDougall, Darlene Neatherlin, and Charles Gonzales, and their families.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and an infant brother, Jonathan Neatherlin.

Visitation and viewing will be at the Boise City Christian Church, Friday before the service, beginning at 10:00 AM.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon, December 1st, 2:00 PM at the Boise City Christian Church, 1017 N Cimarron Street, with Rev. Carlos Torres, pastor of Boise City Pentecostal Holiness Church, officiating.  Interment will follow in Boise City Cemetery.  Services are entrusted to Henson-Novak Funeral Directors, Guymon, Oklahoma.

Memorials may be given to help with funeral expenses, to the First Christian Church, 1017 N Cimarron St, Boise City, OK  73933.
