Paula Thelma Sullivan was born June 16, 1951 to Paul Coleman Hopkins, Sr. and Shirley Mae Hopkins in Washington, D.C. She passed away on October 19, 2016 in  Guymon, Oklahoma.

Services will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1023 Sunset Lane, Guymon, Oklahoma.
