Brenda Ronne , 52 year old Guymon resident passed away, Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at her home.

Brenda Lee Waugh was born on February 14, 1964 in Tribune, Kansas to Gorey and Nellie (Merry) Waugh.   The family moved to Towner, Colorado when Brenda was young.  Shortly after the family decided to move to Guymon.  Brenda attended Guymon schools, graduating with the class of 1982. Her activities included FFA and she was a junior rodeo queen.

On March 28, 1982 Brenda was united in marriage to Scott Ronne in Guymon. The couple were very involved in motorcycles and enjoyed riding.

Brenda worked as a print shop manager for Southern Office Supply for twenty years.  She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Brenda is survived by husband Scott, her daughter, Natasha Costner and husband Cody, son Jacob Ronne and wife Terri, all of Guymon; her father Gorey Waugh of Guymon; mother Nellie Wood and husband Tommy of Perryton, Texas; and her two grandsons, Kamron Ming and Carsen Ming.  She is also survived by a brother Albert Waugh and wife Adele of Hugoton, Kansas, step-sister Amy Wood of Amarillo, Texas, four step-brothers, Brandon Wood and wife Rebecca of Perryton, Texas, Flint Wood and wife Cathy of Amarillo, Texas, William Moore and wife Stacey of Atlanta, Tony Moore and wife Erin of Guymon. Brenda is also survived by numerous other relatives including aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and an infant son in 1984, Shelton Richard Ronne.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the Henson- Novak Funeral Home, 501 NW Fifth Street, Guymon.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, September 30, 2016 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1212 N Crumely, Guymon, with Pastor Mark Wescoatt, officiating.  Interment will follow at Elmhurst Cemetery, Guymon.

Memorials can be made to The Stephenson Cancer Center 800 Northeast 10th, Oklahoma city, Oklahoma 73104. Memorials may also be accepted at the funeral home.
